What we collect
When you use a form on this website we collect the details you provide: your name, contact information, company, the nature of your enquiry and, on application forms, your resume and work authorisation status.
How we use it
- Contact form and talent request details are used to respond to your enquiry.
- Resumes and application details are used only for recruitment — matching you to current or future roles and presenting you to prospective employers with your knowledge.
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Recruitment records are kept while we are actively working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can contact you about relevant roles. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months.
How to request deletion
You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to hr@jsconsultancy.net. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and delivered to a single monitored mailbox. Access to candidate records is limited to consultants working on your search.
