Questions, answered
The ten things clients and candidates ask us most. Anything else — just write to us.
For most roles, a qualified shortlist arrives within 48 to 72 hours of our kickoff call. Hard-to-fill or highly specialised roles can take longer, and we will tell you honestly at the start if that is the case.
Contract roles are billed at an agreed hourly rate. Direct hire placements carry a one-time fee based on the salary. Everything is on one rate card, agreed in writing before we start — there are no hidden fees.
Yes. We are based in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and we place candidates with clients across the United States, both onsite and remote.
Contract means the professional works for a fixed term on our payroll. Contract to hire adds an agreed conversion path: you work together first, then move the person to your payroll when both sides are confident it fits.
[CONFIRM WITH CLIENT: state the visa sponsorship policy here before launch.] We always confirm and document a candidate's existing work authorisation before presenting them.
Yes. Background checks, I-9 verification and E-Verify are completed before the start date on every placement, as part of our standard service.
Direct hire placements carry a replacement guarantee for the agreed guarantee period — we find a replacement at no additional fee. For contract roles, we replace quickly and handle the transition.
Every candidate completes a technical screening with someone who understands the discipline — code review discussions for developers, scenario questions for infrastructure roles — plus reference checks with former managers.
Yes, for well-defined scopes. After a discovery phase we provide a written fixed-price proposal with milestones, acceptance criteria and a support plan. If a scope is too fuzzy to price honestly, we will say so.
